Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga (also called aerial hammock or aerial fitness) is a type of airborne fitness that is practiced in a silk hammock suspended from the ceiling to support your body weight, as opposed to stretched out across a mat laying on the floor. Classes involve elements of yoga, pilates, and dance that are both strengthening and fun.

The Classes

The classes are structured similar to a yoga class; with an intention, warm up, strengthening, stretching, inversions, cool down, and Savasana. We offer all levels of classes, cirque classes and private classes for special ocassions or one-on one.
