About the Festival

The Idyllwild Yoga + Wellness Festival is a thoughtfully curated one-day event celebrating movement, mindfulness, healing, music, creativity, healthy living, and community connection in the heart of the San Jacinto mountains.

The festival is intentionally capped at 200 participants in order to create a more meaningful, high-quality experience for attendees, vendors, teachers, and collaborators alike.

The event will include yoga classes, breathwork, sound healing, wellness experiences, mindful shopping, healthy food offerings, music, and community gathering spaces.

A strong multi-platform marketing campaign is being developed to promote the festival throughout Southern California and beyond, with a focus on attracting both locals and destination visitors aligned with wellness, nature, and mindful living.

Artist Collaboration / Performers

We are inviting artists to display and sell yoga, wellness, and nature-inspired artwork as part of the festival atmosphere. Artists are responsible for overseeing their own artwork. Festival organizers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

We are especially interested in:

Performers

We are actively looking for aerialists, dancers, acrobats, contortionists, hula hoopers, etc to perform for a few hours between 1 and 3 pm. They can collect tips and promote their brands. Compensation is negotiable.

Volunteers

We are also looking for volunteers to assist with:

• Setup & breakdown

• Guest check-in

• Vendor support

• Festival flow

• Volunteers will receive lunch and opportunity to advertise their brand at the “meet the volunteers table”
