My Approach

I also specialize in yoga therapy, yoga for PTSD support, and yoga for stress reduction.  I Currently Work with Shift Wellness, helping provide wellness programs tailored for first responders and other separate projects for therapists, and educators looking for stress relief practices.

My journey with yoga began during a challenging period in my life, offering me the clarity and strength I needed. Yoga became my way of life—a practice that fosters harmony, resilience, and inner peace.

My Mission

As the founder of Lalitanand Yoga, my mission is to help you reach your wellness goals, whether through personalized yoga sessions, meditation, breathwork, or corporate wellness programs. I’m here to guide you in finding your center, embracing balance, and live a healthier lifestyle.

In addition to teaching, I lead mindfulness retreats, corporate yoga classes, and special event sessions. My aerial yoga classes, set against the breathtaking backdrop of the mountains, offer a unique experience that blends fun with deep connection.

I look forward to sharing the healing and therapeutic benefits of yoga with you.

“Yoga is invigoration in relaxation. Freedom in routine. Confidence through self-control. Energy within and energy without.”
