The Benefits
Yoga is a well rounded practice that strengthens the body, helps balance the nervous system, increases flexibility and it’s been proven to be very therapeutic. We offer a variety of mat yoga classes including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Restorative, and Yin. We also offer special yoga events and retreats as well as workshops on pranayama & meditation.
The Classes
All levels Vinyasa Yoga This class is a combination of strengthening active poses, balancing poses, back bends and seated poses to work the whole body. Class intensity depends on the participants and there are modifications for everyone.
Gentle Yoga In this class the focus is in therapeutic poses that will help the body recover from both mental and physical stress. most poses are either laying down or seated. All levels welcome
Core Yoga In this class we focus mainly on core activating poses. This class is challenging but still accessible to people without major injuries that want to gain strength.
HIIT + Stretch Revitalize Your Body with this 60 Class.
This workout begins with 20-30 minutes of short, energetic intervals that use your own body weight and recovery periods to help boost cardio fitness and total body strength. Afterward, take 30-40 minutes to unwind and soothe your muscles with a yoga session.
