7 Steps to Manifest

I wanted to share something that has made a big impact on my life. When I moved to Idyllwild in 2019, there was a lot of uncertainty. I felt like I had no purpose. I found myself in a very small mountain town, newlywed, without a job—and then, on top of it all, the pandemic hit. It was a difficult time, to say the least. But one thing I know for sure is that I am resilient, and I don’t give up.

Ever since, I’ve been on a path of self-discovery and manifestation, always holding a clear vision of wanting to serve the community through my yoga teachings. It’s been a work in progress, both emotionally and professionally. A couple of years ago, I came across a book that resonated deeply with me—Manifest by Roxie Nafousi. It was exactly what I needed at the time, and I’ve been inspired by its philosophy ever since. Lately, I’ve also been drawn to the teachings of Dr. Joe Dispenza in Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself.

I’m writing today to inspire you to become the best version of yourself and to help you manifest the life you truly deserve and desire.

First of all,  what is manifesting? Manifestation is more than wishing for change; it’s a transformative process of self-discovery, action, and alignment. It’s not about simply dreaming and hoping things will magically fall into place; it requires us to take action, stay consistent, and truly believe in our own ability to create the life we desire. Here are 7 steps you can use to guide you in this journey.

1. Be Clear in Your Vision

Manifestation begins with clarity. Define what you truly want in vivid detail. The clearer your goals, the easier it is for you to align your energy and actions. Details are key—visualize the outcome as if it’s already yours.

If there were no limits, what would my ideal life look like?

2. Remove Fear and Doubt

Fear and self-doubt are the biggest barriers to manifestation. Identify limiting beliefs that may hold you back, and work on replacing them with empowering ones. Trust that you are worthy of the life you want to create.

What are your most frequent thoughts? Are they empowering you or bringing you down?

3. Align Your Behavior with Your Goals

Manifestation requires inspired action. Your daily habits, choices, and mindset should align with the life you want to create. Ask yourself: “Am I acting as the person who I want to be?”

Commit to one small action every day that moves you closer to your goal.

4. Overcome Tests from the Universe

Challenges will arise, often testing your commitment and resilience. See these moments as opportunities to reaffirm your goals and strengthen your belief in yourself. Keep moving forward with trust and determination.

Lessons are not  setbacks, they help you redirect and get you closer to your goals.

5. Embrace Gratitude

Gratitude is a magnetic force for manifestation. Cultivate a mindset of thankfulness not only for what you have now but also for what’s on its way to you. This shifts your energy into a state of abundance and openness.

Write three things you’re grateful for every day and see what that does to your mood.

6. Turn Envy into Inspiration

Envy is a sign of what you desire, but it can block your ability to manifest. Instead of letting comparison bring you down, use it to fuel your motivation. Celebrate others’ success and trust that your time is coming.

If they can have it, so can I.

7. Trust the Universe

Let go of the need to control every outcome. Manifestation isn’t about micromanaging—it’s about surrendering while staying in alignment. Trust the process, and know that what’s meant for you will not miss you.

Trust that the universe is working in your favor.
